Karnali Province Training Institute (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2080 has been enacted to facilitate training for Karnali Province and local-level elected, nominated, or appointed officials and employees, aiming to enhance their administrative and management skills. According to subsection (1) of section 13 of the mentioned Act, the center will have one executive director. As per subsection (6) of the same section, interested Nepalese citizens who meet the necessary qualifications for the position of executive director are invited to apply within one day from the publication date of this notice, which is 15 (fifteen).

- Tenure: 4 years from the date of appointment.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduated from a recognized university.
- Work Experience: A minimum of eight years of working experience in the field of public administration, management, law, or research. Alternatively, having retired from a post of the first class or equivalent under the gazetted government of Nepal or the provincial government and not holding any other public office for at least one year.
Type of Examination: Educational qualification, experience, action plan preparation and presentation, and interview.
Documents to be submitted: The required documents as per schedule 1 of Karnali Province Training Institute Executive Director Recommendation Procedure, 2080. The procedure is available on the website of this office.
Service facility: Same as the secretary to the state government. Age: Completed 40 years and less than 65 years. Place of submission of application: Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Birendra Nagar, Surkhet.
Last date for submission of application: 2080-10-22 within office hours.
No action will be taken on applications received before the deadline.
