Educational/Desirable Qualification:
Candidates who have completed graduation in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/IT/MIS from a recognized university or equivalent and have at least 4 years of work experience in microfinance, banking and related fields can apply.
Preference will be given to the (experienced) skilled candidates who have passed post-graduate level and have experience in microfinance, banking and related fields and have worked in the responsibility of the head of the department/in the central office.
Salary Allowance: It will be as per the rules of the organization.
Age: Completed 21 years and less than 40 years. However, in case of women, 5 years will be added.
Note: On the basis of experience, the appointment will be given on permanent or 6 months' probation period, but when calculating the working period, the probationary period will also be counted as permanent period.
